BIOS
	Director, Producer & Editor- Michael Neel has worked on a variety of projects, including independent documentaries, narrative, stop-motion animation, and television. He is a founding member of PirateVision Productions, and a board member of the Arsenal Center for the Arts.

Executive Producer & Editor - Greg Ansin is owner and operator of MonkeyRay Productions LLC. He is a Boston native. Film making is one of his many passions.

	Director of Photography - Ethan Oyer has worked with CNN, VH1, and the BBC, and now at 30 with MonkeyRay Productions. The filming of "Growing Old" has given him a profound respect for the doctors, organizations, and individuals involved in the care of elders everywhere and hopes the film has the same impact on its audience.

Camera & Production - Jarrett Beeley is a founding member of PirateVision Productions and has thoroughly enjoyed his time working on Growing Old. He has also worked on a number of projects including features, music video, and art house video pieces. He currently resides in the greater Boston area and supports his beloved Red Sox like a fevered addiction.

	Camera & Production - Timothy C. Baker studied at Vassar College and is a PHD student at the University of Edinburgh. A founding member of PirateVision Productions, he has been making a nuisance of himself in the film world for ten years and in the political world for twenty.
